What does HealthStudio cost?
Plans are a monthly subscription with no contract, and every plan starts with 30 days free and no card. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
We run bookings on WhatsApp today. What changes for my clients?
They get a booking link with your timetable. They see open spots, book, pay and join the waitlist themselves, and they still get to message you whenever they like.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Booking works in the browser on any phone, so there is nothing to install.
What are the Paystack fees and when are payouts made?
Card payments run through Paystack in rand. Paystack sets its own fees and payout schedule, so ask us on the contact page and we will walk you through it for your studio.
Can I move my clients over from Acuity or a spreadsheet?
Ask us on the contact page about your current setup and we will tell you honestly what moving over looks like.
How do trainers use it?
Trainers see their own classes, mark who came with Here or No show, and keep a monthly logbook of the classes they taught. They never get access to your full admin.
Where is my studio and client data kept?
Your client list belongs to your studio. We never show your clients other studios or use your list for marketing. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled under POPIA.
